Beautiful rooms in a renovated and super equipped house located close to Place Général Leman.
Each room is fully furnished: double bed (140x200), wardrobe, desk and chair. There are 4 bathrooms (2 private and 2 common) and 4 toilets. Kitchen with fridge, freezer, microwave, oven, washing machine, coffee machine, kettle, etc. Living room with flat screen TV and a Playstation 4. At the back of the house is a veranda, a terrace and a small garden with a pond.

Depending on the room and the contract length, the monthly rent varies between 510€ and 610€ (provision for charges included). An admin fee is also payable at the booking.

Chaque chambre est entièrement meublée: lit double (140x200), penderie, bureau et chaise. Il y a 4 salles de bain (2 privées et 2 communes) et 4 toilettes. Cuisine avec frigo, congélateur, micro-ondes, four, machine à laver, machine à café, bouilloire, etc. Salon avec TV écran plat et une Playstation 4. À l'arrière de la maison se trouve une véranda, une terrasse ainsi qu'un petit jardin avec un étang.

Le loyer mensuel varie entre 510€ et 610€ (provision pour charges comprise) selon la chambre et la durée du contrat. Un montant de frais de gestion est également à payer au moment de la réservation.
