We have astudent's studio of +- 12 m2 available from April 1st, in the center of Liège, 5 minutes walk from public transportation, supermarket, restaurants, etc... 2 minutes walk from HEC School.
The studio has a desk space, couch, individual kitchen, shower and toilet shared with another student.
Rent: 330 € /month, included with Wifi + utilities based on real use (water, electricity and heater). The contract will be made for 5 months, till the end of August, then a new yearly contract can be made.
Pets are strictly prohibited.
