Beautiful rooms in a renovated and equipped house located in the Outremeuse neighborhood. Close to the ESA Saint Luc, the Barbou school and the Brull Hospital but also only 15 min walking from the Vingt Août University campus and the city center. You will find all you need in the area: banks, bus stops, pharmacy, restaurants, snacks and night shops.

Each room WILL BE fully furnished: double bed (140x200), wardrobe, desk and chair. There are 1 shared bathrooms and 2 toilets. Kitchen with a fridge and freezer, microwave, oven, coffee machine, kettle, etc. Living room with flat screen TV and Playstation 4. A nice courtyard equipped with outdoor furniture. A washing machine is also available.

Depending on the room and the contract length, the monthly rent varies between 510€ and 580€ (provisions for charges included). An admin fee is also payable at the booking.

Belles chambres dans une maison rénovée et équipée située dans le quartier d'Outremeuse. À proximité de l'ESA Saint-Luc, la Haute École Barbou et l'hôpital Brull tout en étant à seulement 15 min à pied du centre et du campus universitaire du Vingt Août.

Chaque chambre est entièrement meublée: lit double (140x200), penderie, bureau et chaise. Il y a 1 salle de bain et 2 toilettes partagées. Cuisine avec frigo et congélateur, micro-ondes, four, machine à café, bouilloire, etc. Salon avec TV écran plat et Playstation 4. Une belle cour avec meubles extérieurs. Machine à laver à disposition.

Le loyer mensuel varie entre 510€ et 580€ (provisions pour charges incluses) selon la chambre et la durée du contrat. Un montant de frais de gestion est également à payer au moment de la réservation.
