The accommodations have spacious common areas and private bedrooms. On top of the regular furniture, each one of them also benefits from equipment such as a washing machine, a smart-TV with a PlayStation 4. Depending on the house, you can also find a soccer table, a darts game, a garden/terrace with a barbecue or even a bar!
They are always close enough to commodities, schools and public transports.
The objective of Eras’must is to create a unique international community atmosphere within a place students will ultimately end up calling “home”. More than simple housing, an international family!
Pricing and room types
The displayed amounts correspond to the rents per room per month with a
provision of 70€ included for the heating, electricity and water bills.
These monthly rents vary depending on the room size and the contract length.
An admin fee is also payable at the booking.
