Beautiful rooms in a renovated and super equipped house located close to HEC Liège, the Botanic park and the Liège-Carré train station.

Each room is fully furnished: simple bed (90x200) or double bed (140x200), wardrobe, desk and chair. There are 2 shared bathrooms and 3 toilets. Kitchen with a fridge and freezer, microwave, oven, coffee machine, kettle, etc. Living room with flat screen TV and a Playstation 4. Very nice 25m² terrace equipped with outdoor furniture AND with a view on the city. Laundry room with a washing machine and a second fridge. Possibility for bike storage.

Depending on the room and the contract length, the monthly rent varies between 490€ and 580€ (provision for charges included). An admin fee is also payable at the booking.

Belles chambres dans une maison entièrement rénovée et super équipée située à deux pas de HEC Liège, du Jardin Botanique et de la gare Liège-Carré.

Chaque chambre est entièrement meublée: lit simple (90x200) ou lit double (140x200), penderie, bureau et chaise. Il y a 2 salles de bain et 3 toilettes partagées. Cuisine avec frigo et congélateur, micro-ondes, four, machine à café, bouilloire, etc. Salon avec TV écran plat et une Playstation 4. Très belle terrasse de 25m² avec meubles extérieurs ET vue sur Liège. Buanderie avec deuxième frigo et machine à laver. Possible d'entreposer des vélos.

Le loyer mensuel varie entre 490€ et 580€ (provisions pour charges comprises) selon la chambre et la durée du contrat. Un montant de frais de gestion est également à payer au moment de la réservation.
