Éloïse Weckx, 26 ans est en anim à L'ESAS, moi , , 21 ans suis en droit à l'ULg, et avec le chat Pito, nous cherchons une étudiante pour rejoindre notre kot (le propriétaire ne veut que des filles).

La chambre libre est de +- 15m² et au milieu du kot. /! \ Elle est non-meublée.
Il y a une cuisine équipée/salle à manger (sud), une buanderie, un WC, une salle de bain avec baignoire et toilette, et un grand salon (+- 20m² sud). Il y a un balcon donc si tu es fumeuse ça va.
On est au 4ème étage (il y a un ascenseur) donc on a bcp de lumière, une vue pas trop mal, et on entend à peine le bruit de la rue.

Le proprio est réactif et compréhensif. Visites possibles dès mars.

The free room is +- 15m² big and in the middle of the kot. /! \ It's unfurnished.
There is a fitted kitchen/dining room (south), a laundry room, a toilet, a bathroom with a bathtub and a toilet, and a huge living room (+-20m² south). There is a balcony so it's fine if you smoke.
We're on the fourth floor (there is a lift). So we have a lot of light, a nice view, and you can barely hear the street noise.

The owner is quick to react and understanding. Visiting is possible starting March.

Éloïse Weckx, 26 studiert Kulturelle Animation beim ESAS, und ich, , 21 studiere Jura auf der ULg. Mit Kater Pito suchen wir eine zusätzliche Studentin für unser Kot (der Besitzer acceptiert nur Frauen).

Das freie Zimmer ist +-15m² groß und befindet sich in der Mitte. /! \ Es ist unmöbliert. Es gibt eine Einbauküche/ einen Essbereich (südlich), einen Waschraum, einen WC, ein Badezimmer mit Badewanne und WC, und ein großes Wohnzimmer (+-20m² südlich). Es gibt einen Balkon, auf dem man rauchen darf.
Wir sind im vierten Stock (mit Fahrstuhl : ) ). Also haben wir viel Licht, eine ziemlich schöne Sicht und mann hört den Straßenlärm kaum.

Der Besitzer reagiert schnell und ist verständnisvoll. Besichtigen ist ab Marz möglich.
