Bonjour,

Je mets en location une chambre dans une chouette colocation de 3 personnes d'un appartement au premier étage avec deux salles de bain, un balcon, un grand séjour lumineux et une cuisine full équipée avec lave-vaisselle.
La chambre libre a une salle de bain partagée.
Le chauffage est de type pompe à chaleur et l'eau chaude est un boiler thermodynamique, ils sont super performants.
Le logement est très bien isolé et il est PEB C.
Bien situé, très proche du Sart-tilman et des Guillemins.

Les charges comprennent internet, eau et électricité.

Possibilité par les locataires de meubler la chambre restante mais sinon tout le reste est meublé par eux.

The spare room has a shared bathroom.
The heating is heat pump type and the hot water is a thermodynamic boiler, they are super efficient.
The accommodation is very well insulated and is PEB C.
Well located, very close to Sart-tilman and Guillemins.

Charges include internet, water and electricity.

Possibility for tenants to furnish the remaining bedroom but otherwise everything else is furnished by them.
