The studio has a desk space and sink. Shower, kitchen and WC are shared with another studio.
Rent per studio: 340 €/month, included with Wifi + utilities based on real use (water, electricity and heater, provision of charges of 100 €/month).
A contract of 5 months that can be extended for a year after August.
