We are a friendly, easygoing house share looking for two new roommates to join the house.

We enjoy spending time together and sharing simple moments. Shared dinners 🍝, weekend meals, music 🎶, aperitifs 🍷, football matches ⚽ with Jacques, sometimes with friends over.

Everyone of course keeps their own space and rhythm. Taking quiet time in your room is totally fine. What matters to us is wanting to be part of the house life, sitting down at the table from time to time, and feeling comfortable together.

👥 The roommates

Clément (23). Sports enthusiast, works in sales, DJ in his spare time. Loves cooking and sharing good meals.

Jacques (28). Dental prosthetist, into football, fishing, and cooking. Always up for an aperitif.

Soha (25). Socio-cultural facilitator, passionate about art and culture. More discreet, but very friendly.

Simon (28). Studies urban planning and will soon be leaving the house. Jacques and Clément are looking forward to welcoming a new roommate to cook with and share daily life.

Right across from Robermont and next to Parc de la Chartreuse.

Shops nearby. Spar, Lidl, and Carrefour Market (7 to 15 minutes on foot).

By bus. 15 minutes from the city center (lines 10 and 35, stop 100 m away).

By car. 6 minutes from the center and 15 minutes from Sart-Tilman. Free street parking.

Large, fully equipped kitchen (oven, dishwasher, etc. ) open onto a bright 45 m² living room.

5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms.

Terrace, large garden with vegetable beds, cellar, and washing machine.

Two rooms available, same rent.

Rent. €380 / month per room
Utilities. €95 (water, gas, electricity, internet, and cleaning service)
