Each room is fully furnished: double bed (140x200) or single (90x200) for the "Economy" rooms, wardrobe, desk and chair. One shared bathroom and 2 toilets. Kitchen with fridge, freezer, microwave, oven, washing machine, coffee machine, kettle, etc. Living room with flat screen TV and a Playstation 4.
Nearby, you will be able to discover the « Carré », an area in Liège famous for its numerous bars and festive atmosphere. All the commodities (bus stops, supermarket, bank, pharmacy, night shop, snacks…) are next to the building. The accommodation is ideally located at only a few minutes walking distance from HEC and the 20 Août Campus.

Depending on the room and the contract length, the monthly rent varies between 510€ and 590€ (provision for charges included). An admin fee is also payable at the booking.

Belles chambres dans un appartement rénové et super équipé situé au coeur de la Cité Ardente.
Chaque chambre est entièrement meublée: lit double (140x200), ou simple (90X200) pour les chambres "Economy", armoire, bureau et chaise. Une salle de bain partagée et 2 toilettes. Cuisine avec réfrigérateur, congélateur, micro-ondes, four, lave-linge, cafetière, bouilloire, etc. Salon avec télévision à écran plat et une Playstation 4.
A proximité, vous pourrez découvrir le «Carré», un quartier liégeois réputé pour ses nombreux bars et son ambiance festive. Toutes les commodités (arrêts de bus, supermarché, banque, pharmacie, magasin de nuit, snacks…) se trouvent proches du bâtiment. Le logement est idéalement situé à seulement quelques minutes à pied de HEC et du campus 20 Août.

Le loyer mensuel varie entre 510€ et 590€ (provision pour charges comprise) selon la chambre et la durée du contrat. Un montant de frais de gestion est également à payer au moment de la réservation.
