Nice little kot , in front of the Botanical Garden ; near the University (XX Août), HEC and the Architecture Faculty. Marvelous view. Easy access to the Sart Tilman ( bus 48). Quiet and friendly place. No Smoking, The main train station and the Center of the town are 1km far. The individual room is very cosy. The kitchen and the bathroom are to be shared with two other students. A little sitting room is also available for the students. There is a private staircase for accessing the second floor where are the rooms. In view of the many advantages of the room, the monthly rent is still moderate. Internet and teledistribution are free and all charges are included. 4 or 5 month contract is possible.
A washmachine and a dryer may be used, what is, of course, a great facility that will be appreciated by Erasmus students.
