Shared housing 35 m² Rue Sur Les Foulons

Hello!
I'm renting my room (9.5m²) in a shared apartment (you + 1 person) starting February 1st, but I'm completely flexible on dates, whether before or after! (Contact me for details).
Ideal for Erasmus students and/or short-term rentals.
The apartment owner will draw up a contract with you for the duration of the lease so that everything is done correctly : )

-The roommate: You'll be sharing a flat with a Belgian communications student. A great roommate: She speaks English and has lots of great places to recommend. If you have any problems, don't hesitate to contact me. Good vibes. You'll share the bathroom and the kitchen-living room. We'll arrange a video call beforehand to get to know each other : )

-The bedroom: I'll empty the bedroom first, so you'll have a double bed, nightstand, wardrobe, desk, and chair, as well as an extra storage space. Upon request, I can provide two complete bed sets and two bath towels!

- Location: A 10-15 minute walk from the Kurth, Barbou, and Saint-Luc schools. A 15-20 minute bus ride from Gloessner. A 10 minute tram ride from HEC, a 15 minute tram ride from Guillemins... A 1 minute tram ride. A 10 minute walk from the train station (Saint-Lambert).

A 1 minute walk from the Batte market, which takes place every Sunday... A 5 minute walk from the city center (Market Square) and a 15 minute walk or 5 minute tram ride from Carré. 🥳 A 5 minute walk from two laundromats. - Apartment insulated from outside noise, completely renovated in 2024. The room you will be occupying underwent insulation work in September 2025. Fully equipped EXCEPT for the dishwasher, washing machine, and television.
Optional: Wi-Fi (€10 extra/month to be paid to the owner).

Regarding public transportation (bus and tram), I can leave you my card, which I won't need (it's normally personal, but if you've correctly badged it, it's fine during checkpoints). Otherwise, for students, it's €12!
