I am leaving my room in a shared collocation with 4 other housemates. It is suitable for students and/or working people.
- The house is located in Cointe (Rue du Puits), just 5 min by walk to Guillemins Train Station, yet is a very calm district with a nice park with city view close to it. Bus stop is also very close (30 sec).
- Ground floor: seperated living area already occupied by someone
First floor: 2 rooms (tha available room is here [CH2 in the floor plan]), one bathroom with toilet and the kitchen
Second floor: 3 rooms, one toilet and one bathroom
- The house went through a renovation just 3 months ago. So it is very clean and in a good situation.
- The rent is 360 € + 110 € bills = 470€. Electricity, water, gas, high-speed internet connection, cleaning every 2 weeks is included.
- Domicilation is possible. The deposit is 2 months of rent, so 720 €. Long term contract preference.
- You will be sharing the house with 4 men with ages from 22 to 34. Students and workers.
- The room has a bed, a shelf and a chair. The mattress, carpet, table and the clozet are open to discussion.
