Hello, I'm subleting my room from january to june or july in the center of Liege in a beautiful house dating from the 17th century. The neighbourhood (Outremeuse) is quiet but in the same time lively (pubs, theatres,...). You'll be close to everything, 10 minutes away walking from Liege University (XX Aout), 5 minutes away from bus stop and supermarket (Colruyt). The room I'm subleting is furnished and equiped with a sink, since it's my furnitures I'm looking for someone thrustworthy. There is also a spacious kitchen (shared). You'll share the shower and the toilets too.
The price per month is 280 utilities included (internet as well)
Guarantee 300 euros.
