Very beautiful, kot , in front of the Botanical Garden ; near the University (XX Août), HEC and the Architecture Faculty. The window offers a marvelous view on the Garden . Easy access to the Sart Tilman ( bus 48). Quiet and friendly place. No Smoking, The main train station and the Center of the town are 1km far. The individual room is cosy. The kitchen and the bathroom are to be shared with two other students. A little sitting room is also available for the students. There is a private staircase for accessing the second floor where are the rooms. In view of the renovation of the room and many other advantages, the monthly rent is still moderate. Internet and teledistribution are free and all charges are included.

Erasmus are welcome : Domiciliation is allowed and the disposal of a wash machine is a real advantage.
