I’m looking for someone to take over my room at the UKot Residence in Sart Tilman for the months of JULY and AUGUST. It’s brand new, measures 15m², and is accessible to people with reduced mobility. It is fully furnished (bed, mattress, desk, desk chair, lamp, large storage unit, sink and mirrored wardrobe). You’ll have access to showers and two brand-new, fully equipped communal kitchens (hobs, storage units, fridge, extractor hood). All this for an unbeatable price: €305 (all charges included).

The residence has plenty of communal areas 🫂:

- Cafeteria (open at all times): spaces to eat with friends, play pool or table football, and take part in events organised by the committee.
