Room in owner's house 29 m² Rue de Fétinne in Liege

Hello everyone,
We are looking for a 4th roomate for our colocation at spring and summer 2021.
Where? In Liège, between the Fragnée bridge and the Médiacité, 15min by car from the university, 5min by foot from the Boverie park and close to the Guillemins railway station.
Always places in the street to park and bus at 7min walk to go to the university.
In this street: supermarket, bank, laundry, butcher's shop, doctor, physiotherapist, pizzeria, garage...
Room at the owner's home in the last floor of a beautiful house (but i never had problems of promiscuity)
The room is very spacious: 15. 7 m² + Mezzanine of 13. 3 m² ( =29 m²) and FURNISHED: desk + desk chair + bed + 2 storage furniture / clothing. I can possibly leave some furniture until August to facilitate your installation.
Animals not allowed
Rent: 375€/month ALL charges included (water, electricity, internet, heating and taxes). In augustus you don't pay any rent !
