Very large and beautiful room , in front of the Botanical Garden ; near the University (XX Août), HEC and the Architecture Faculty. Marvelous view. Easy access to the Sart Tilman ( bus 48). Quiet and friendly place. No Smoking, The main train station and the Center of the town are 1km far. The individual room is large and cosy . The kitchen and the bathroom are to be shared with two other students. A little sitting room is also available for the students. There is a private staircase for accessing the second floor where are the rooms. In view of the superficy of the room and many other advantages, the monthly rent is still moderate. Internet and teledistribution are free and all charges are included. Erasmus for one year are welcome. domiciliation is possible. The possible use of a wash machine and a dyer will be appreciate by them !
